Right on target

Chips of paint falling off the bathroom door look like fecal stains. Was not given a choice on room considering I was serviced by a kiosk; stayed next to elevator, noisy at night. TV did not allow outside media (ie laptop plugged into HDMI) Vending machine was sold out on energy drinks. Pretty much matched expectations. Comfortable bed.

First, tried the kiosks for check in. Didn't work for me, and the two people after me, so we ended up waiting in line anyways. Then some mechanical issue occurred, and the entire lobby area filled with smoke that smelled like jet fuel. Wouldn't tell us back to our rooms due to fire dept safety inspection which I get. Not their fault. The room I was put in was 1020. Right next to the elevator shaft AND the Ice room, vending machine. People really do use those at 3 in the morning, several times! Grrr. Then the heating system- hotter than H3LL! The window opens four inches, but it was like an oven. Couldn't sleep and the thermostat would not allow anything other than heat/fan. Fridge door wouldn't close and keep things cool either. Horrible visit this time! Very disappointed.

Room heater would not shut off, pillows where flat. Tried to go to front desk and no one was there and a sign up said sorry we are closed. Will never stay at this location again.
