Pros: The room was clean and the breakfast was great. The breakfast attendant was wonderful too. Cons: We waited over 10 minutes for the front desk attendant to arrive to check us in. A sign stated he was on his break. The front desk attendant asked us if we wanted a coffee maker in our room. When we responded yes, he went to a back room and handed us a coffee maker and supplies which we had to carry up to our room with us along with all our luggage. I felt like I was at a Super 8 instead of a Holiday Inn express. For the rate I paid, I had higher expectations.
