The room was clean upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Because we were in an extended-stay room, we did have to request restocks of toilet paper and Kleenex, and we had to empty our own trash once.

Overall the room and facilities were clean and good. The two room suite was great for our family of 6 on this trip. The kitchen was helpful although lacking plates, silverware for 6 people. Also, there were only pillows enough for 4 people in the room and the front desk did not have more. The wi-fi was pretty slow which made streaming TV slow to non-existent at times. The slow internet would limit business use. The front desk staff were great and allowed us to use the toaster in the breakfast area before hours since we had early mornings each day. The pool and hot tub were clean and at a good temperature. The property is a little out of the way of shops and restaurants, but most were within in a 10 minute drive.

Because i stayed at this facility in the past, the lady at the front desk didnt feel it was necessary to explain breakfast times with me. Also, the pool was up and running Friday night and come Saturday, it was closed due to maintenance. This sign is always up durring sports tournaments weekends and has been the last 4 times i have stayed. I dont believe there was maintenence that had to be done, hut more of the employees not wanting to deal with the kids using the pool. We pay for those amenities and cant use them.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Super friendly, helpful etc. It got so each time I came in the building I would stop and talk with the staff for 10-15 minutes before even going back to my room.
