The hotel needs updates. Rooms are so so. Lamp and chair in room broken. Says pet friendly and booked a king room but the only rooms that were pet friendly was queen or double.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Helped fix our tv quickly. The beds were good but my pillow was hard. Breakfast was great and they kept the food coming! It’s a little dated but clean spacious rooms

Shower was moldy, carpet was sticky and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. The microwave was dirty like someone had warmed up ravioli and just let it splash everywhere plus a stained damp rag in it. I was looking forward to a bath but the tub was disgusting, turns out the drain was cloggedwhen i tried to shower. Bathroom floor was also sticky and dirty

Water in the sink ran constantly and the someone set the room alarm to go off at 12:00. When i finally got back to sleep, the party people started coming from 2-3:30.

Room was clean and in very good shape. Everything worked (heat/cool unit, TV zapper, room entry card, all lights). Staff was helpful. Breakfast was more complete that similarly rated hotels, including scrambled eggs and sausages. Huge selection of eateries and shops in adjacent shopping center.

Good enough for the price

Toilet and shower were slow flushing/draining. Our tv wasn't working in our room. But it was very clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly.
