Check in went fine n then upon getting into the room the pull out bed had food/blood or lipstick on the sheets & then the linen closet had 2 old pizza boxes in it. There was a gentleman that checked in before us that had the same issue. Our original room # was 425 n got moved to 413. 4-3 was fine after we moved. The breakfast was fine except for the sausage links were hard as they were on the bottom.

This hotel was the newest hotel among our 15-day road trip. I was so disappointed when we arrived we were told no water is available till 7 pm. After water maintenance completed as told, this was the best we stayed during our trip. Probably culture difference, the staff just notified that water is not available. In Japan, we expected to hear apologies even though it’s not the staff’s fault then I could say “ That’s all right, I understand “. But the attitude didn’t give me room to accept the situation. Breakfast was great with made to order omlet service.

Very easy to access from interstate The staff was friendly and willing to assist. The room was filthy, old food on floors and in drawrers. Was there 6 days and only received new towels and empty waste basket 2 times and had to ask for that will never stay again

The hotel and room were fine for a one night stop. Breakfast was the usual, wish there were other protein options besides dairy, eggs and meat. It was just off the highway so quick on and off was nice.

It was a nice hotel with a good bed. I was there for business on a quick trip. I got in late the first night and left early in the morning in the second night of my stay.

Berry helpful staff finding a solution when I needed an extra blanket and there was no clean blankets available. VERY clean and well kept property. They were prepared for our family of six with sheets on the fold out bed already. Breakfast had healthy and delicious options, including biscuits and gravy and eggs and sausage, milk, and yogurt and of course, the wonderful waffle machines
