Very nice hotel, not fancy, but clean & comfortable. We always appreciate a good bed & they had a great one. Very convenient to restaurants & the two hot springs. They provided lots of information about restaurants & tourist activities in a booklet in the room. Would definitely stay again!

This an absolutely wonderful renovated hotel that delivers the feel of a European vibe. Great customer service, friendly caretakers and they serve a wonderful breakfast. It was full both nights we were there. Easy to walk downtown too!

The hotel is dated and it shows, it is in desperate need of a face lift. We had issues with both our sink and toilet clogging, management came and took care of both. The room also smelled, we could not tell what the smell was but went to target and got air freshener. There was another review that talked about extended stay and although in the review management denied that I definitely felt that vibe, the parking lot was full of work trucks. For the price it was a decent place but it definitely needs a deep cleaning and some updating. The view from our room was the back of a building and an alley way. The walls are paper thin, we could hear our neighbors and every step the people above us toom.
