Great property, close to downtown and beaches, staff super friendly. Pool clean. Rooms very clean, beds comfortable. Only complaint would be that the air conditioning needs to be cleaned/upgraded, it gave off a very musty odor, so we had to turn it off which made the room warm.

A few minor changes needed.

The included breakfast is takeaway muffins, yogurt, and snack bars; there isn’t a dining area. The bathroom fan is very noisy and connected to the light via a single switch. The switch can’t be turned on at night as the fan noise will awaken anyone sleeping.

Wonderful experience for my first solo trip! Great location to walk to the beach! Many restaurants within 10 minutes. Lisa at the front desk great! Room comfortable. Affordable for area. I would highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again!

Close to road so noisy traffic, tv was limited to Samsung free tv stations, even though there was an Xfinity remote in room. Xfinity remote didn’t do anything, so don’t think cable was working. Room was clean, spacious, and woman at check-in was great and came to room to help with tv issue. No frills motel, but wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, if we got a room further away from the road

The people were great, place was clean, but slightly. When comparing prices of other places to stay in Gloucester, MA it was great! Continental breakfast served daily in the office. It's up a small hill, so you don't hear the main road traffic. The pool looked great, but it was too cold to utilize it. I would definitely stay here again!

A motel that doesn’t feel like a motel. While it offers the convenience of parking close to the room, the rooms are more hotel-like than typical motels. The pool looked beautiful, though it was not pool weather when I stayed. Convenient location for a wedding in Gloucester for half the price of nearby hotels. Easy access to Rockport or Rte 128 without being on a busy road. The front desk people were very welcoming and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. I was so glad I stayed here!
