Tämä koti sijaitsee vain mäen yläpuolella Rogue-joesta ja Tyynestä valtamerestä. Tämä koti on täydellinen paikka kaikille, jotka haluavat rauhaa, yksityisyyttä ja upeita näkymiä veteen. Kodissa on oma makuuhuone, joka on erillinen pääasiallisesta oleskelutilasta, joka tarjoaa oman pääsyn kannelle. 2 nights of a very positive experience :-) This home is very clean, well decorated & well stocked. Got our wheels turning about our own vacation home someday. Outdoor & deck seating was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the view(s) of Rogue River Ocean. Pretty sunsets. Relaxing getting sleep & nap (bedroom) apart from the main house. Only experienced 2 challenges. 1. navigating the front driveway with what appeared to be neighbors blocking level parking along the street. Challenge to park, unload & load if having ambulation issues or a large vehicle/trailer (which we do not.) 2. bathroom a distance from the bedroom. This being shared, Owners have done a lot of quality work clearing & improving the property for guests. Thank you...we hope to stay again. Prima

Unfortunately their list of amenities left off two important items. One the bedroom is through a breezeway. Two the pictures and information they provided me rearding having large puckup and fishing boat was absolutely untrue. We had to leave and stay in a hotel. The neighbors were aware of the situation and told us we were not the first people to have this experience.No accommodation for their part in this fiasco.Even the driveway photo is misleading. Make a new choice if you have two large vehicles.

Don't stay here if you are pulling a trailer

We just got off a 4 day Rogue River trip and have a raft trailer; the driveway was too short to pull in w/o the trailer sticking out into the road. Were told no parking on the road, so we tried parking in the attached gravel side lot, right next to the bedroom of this house, only to be repeatedly yelled at over the Ring Cam microphone by the homeowner that we were "trespassing". Upon informing her that we were the renters, she changed her story, saying that parking area was signed as "no parking". Upon informing her that there was no signage, she again changed her story, saying the property was built on "unstable ground" and was not insured. This is the same property as the bedroom is built on....so why is this house able to be rented if it is supposedly on unstable ground?! Regardless of ALL of that, the homeowner could have communicated in a MUCH more professional, appropriate, and KIND manner. The house was wonderful, but the homeowner was so horrible that I could not recommend this house nor would I stay there again. (Side note: the neighbors confirmed the homeowner was a very nasty person to deal with).

PARENTS ANNIVERSARY

MY PARENTS ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE. VERY CLEAN, COMFORTABLE BED & PILLOWS AND A GREAT VIEW. MY MOTHER KEPT CALLING ME SAYING THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST VRBO'S WE HAD GOTTEN THEM. WE GET THEM ONE EACH YEAR ON THE OR OR CA COAST.

Another Wonderful Stay

This was the second time we have stayed here and once again it did not disappoint. Very clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and other furniture was very comfortable. We were there for 4th of July and we were able to sit on the deck and enjoy all the fireworks on the beach. Pretty incredible.

Tiny home

We loved it. Inside was clean and comfy. All windows overlooked the ocean. Large veranda that went from one end to the other enabled us to enjoy the outdoors.

Fantastic Find

What a fantastic find. The view from every room and deck was amazing. We happened to stay during the winter storm and watching the waves and rain from above on the hill was awesome. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great Find!

Nice time!

The house is well appointed and very clean. Check-in was a breeze. The only downside is the unattached bedroom - as far away from the bathroom as possible. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving the house unlocked while we slept at night, which meant we had to walk outdoors in the middle of the night to get to the bathroom. Not the best setup. However, the views, cleanliness and location couldn’t have been better and we had a wonderful time. The deck is stunning.

Beautiful Sunset View Retreat

It was a very comfortable and quiet stay. Easy access. Great location. Comfy beds, fluffy towels, and a dreamy view. Not a problem using restroom at night from studio bedroom, battery operated mini lanterns provided made it easy. Lots of games, books, WiFi and Roku entertainment if needed. It was a perfect stay for us to reflect on this past year of loss and gain. Awesome! Highly recommend:)

Wonderful getaway

This is hands down one of the best places I have ever stayed. Not only does it have beautiful and simple decor, it is well appointed and organized. The view is incredible... you see the river, and beyond that you can see and hear the ocean. The ocean-facing side is almost all windows and the deck is fabulous. The place is spotless, and with the crystal clear windows. Even if it's too rainy to be outside, you still feel as if you are. I would definitely go back.

Great views and we'll equipped place

Check in was easy, the views were great from the deck. Enough space for myself and partner + another person or couple. Lots of board games and puzzles available for entertaining. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals.

Small but ample

Clean, small, awkward driveway (thank goodness for strong backing up skills!), plenty of towels. We enjoyed the view, the mostly quiet neighborhood, and the detached bedroom--an arrangement unique in my experience. We could leave it unheated for a snuggly night's sleep.
