Great location, awesome breakfast buffet, we had no real issues. The room needed dusting and the windows and mirrors needed a decent wipe but otherwise no complaints. Would come back again after the renovations are completed.

Great stay. The staff were so friendly and professional. Buffet breakfast was a disappointment but not important enough to rate you down. We were upgraded to a bigger room on arrival, which was fantastic and unexpected. Will definitely stay again

The room was great for 4 with 2 beds. However the room did smell like dogs. I think it was on the chairs. It wasn’t overly strong but we could definitely smell in on arrival. No milk in the fridge for coffee and only 4 coffee packets for 3 days. We did ask for more. We spent $50 on parking which would have been nice if parking was included. Location and staff were awesome.

I didn't like that there were Indian tourists being unhygenic at the buffet and that this was not policed. They were also sitting crossed legged and barefoot in reception with their feet on furniture. Again no one was discouraging this disgusting behaviour.

I didn't like my stay , reception staff was rude ,food was poor ,and the breakfast made us feel ill as it's cold ,steaks delivered by restaurant were over cooked for lunch . I'd never stay at that place again even if it was free

Stayed in ocean view superior room. Did think it was on the small side. Beds were comfortable however really should upgrade to queens instead of doubles. Bathroom was small and not a great shower head. Should have just done shower cubicle not shower over bath for more room to change comfortably. Fantastic view. Great location easy walk to Cavill mall and all the convenience of that area. Does come with a level of noise from that location. Breakfast buffet was great. Would stay again for such a great location.
