Clean room and friendly staff, however very disappointed with not being able to park in the hotel parking. Was not told until checking in that there was no parking available and it made it extremely difficult and unsafe as I was travelling by myself and I had to try and find street parking very late at night.

The slats on one side of the bed kept falling off. I sat on the bed and could feel it slipping off and you could hear the bang. Other than that, the other side was pretty comfy, was easy to get around using the tram, food at breakfast was good. Reasonable price.

I would have thought when the fire alarm goes off at 1.30am there would be an on site staff member to give some sort of direction and I would have thought it would be a law to have a warden on site. Also if the rooms are not going to be made up every day then perhaps leave extra towels.
