We stayed 3 nights during the Way Out West festival weekend. The location is very strategic since the hotel is right above the train station. The breakfast buffet was great, lots of options and even if it can be crowded there is enough space for everyone to enjoy it. The staff is also very kind, and accommodating. Some of the downside of our stay is that the sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable for an adult, and you could not open windows. I would recommend it for short stays when you need a place to sleep.

I would have to say - “the is the world class BREAKFAST I ever had” I couldn’t believe it. It was a good huge bigger > my room-size of breakfast display; in rush of catching my train, the server give me a to-go bag. Isra the front receptionist is unbelievable, she helped me to call my Stockholm hotel for my left behind passport. Melanie, the mgr is very nice and friendly to provide me with direction for train office (trying to return to Stockholm for my passport) Thank you Isra ! You r the BEST ! And, she deserves a pay-raise 💕

Staff were super friendly, especially Isabel and Sara in the bar. They both gave us great tips about getting around Gothenburg and even came back to our table a few times to write down recommendations and guide us with our map. They really made us feel welcome. The facilities were clean and modern, and literally couldn’t have been more convenient for train travel! Would recommend to others in a heartbeat.

We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place Gothenburg Central! From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect, right by the central station. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. Overall, a wonderful experience thanks to a great hotel and an outstanding staff. Loved everything about this property. Conveniently located at the central station. Literally drop down to grab a bite or pick up a snack. The staff was so courteous and helpful. The front desk guy got me a table fan because I was feeling a bit warm in my room. The breakfast buffet is simply awesome. Their chia pudding is the best. A short walk to the mall for shopping, restaurants and the beautiful garden nearby. It is also amazing how soundproof the rooms are. I highly recommend staying here.
