Quiet, pool and hot tub nice and clean, beds comfy but one of the beds was very loud. Hair dryer in room was broken, AC in room was not functioning properly, extremely hot in breakfast area, lack of food choice for breakfast, room keys kept getting deactivated for no reason. We would stay here again as long as above mentioned issues were at least somewhat rectified.

Definitely do not expect friendly staff here. Checking in and checking both, both times staff seemed like guests were interrupting their down time. The first room I was out in was dirty, the walls under the sink had yellowish brown stuff dripping down it, the wallpaper clearly came off and they cut a piece and sloppily nailed it over the damage. The big thing was a giant spider came crawling out from under the sink and the floor had ants on it, when I went to the front desk to ask for a new room, she asked if she could inspect the room first as if I was lying about it. She seemed annoyed I didn’t want to stay in a room with ants on the floor. The room she put me in was much nicer and cleaner on the third floor. The breakfast was self-serve, cereal, waffle maker, basic hotel breakfast, nobody there to assist yet there was a tip jar out. The new room they put me in was nicer but I would not stay here again.

The hotel was completely in disarray and the reasons we stayed there such as room service and a restaurant were not accurate and false advertising- only one option for food from a run-down bar - frozen chicken tenders. And no room service even though the app and website advertised it. Our room was not cleaned; the sheets were stained and there was a prior guests hair in the tub and old food in the fridge. Our tv didn’t work and twice we were told someone would come to look at it for us but no one came after we waited up late and finally gave up. Despite running constantly, the air conditioning never cooled the room. The clock provided by the hotel in our room literally shorted out the outlet when we tried to plug it back in and the microwave was also unplugged but the area behind it was so filthy we didn’t want to try to plug it in.

The outside was a dump. The elevator and walkways to the room doors was dumpy. The inside of the room- they are trying! New furniture, sheets were clean, but it was unfinished - things still had patches exposed. (but they are trying. )
