the clerk did not greet or smile, I understand I hate coming to work too. the place is being painted so the hallway walls and plastic everywhere. But amazing enough no odor. it was okay for overnight stay. pillows nice. limit tv channels. waffle and scramble eggs, yogurt, coffee, juice, tea.

The room would not warm up and cold air was seeping in from somewhere in the door or windows in the room I had on the bottom floor. I checked in after 5 pm, left to go to the observatory, returned to the room after 10 pm. I gave the heating system a chance to warm but it became unbearably cold. had to check out at 12 am and stay elsewhere due to this issue.

The room smell was terrible like old cigarettes , breakfast wasn't anything special. Staff was very unprofessional when notified about the room condition they waited until me and my wife left to try to still charge us an extra $250.00 for something we didnt do . Zero stars and staff needs training

Dirty bathrooms, halls, elevators. Doors wouldn’t close without slamming them. Squeeky floors and beds. However, the lack and total disregard for guest safety was paramount. All of the hallway smoke detectors were taped off, as well as all of the fire alarms. Both of the emergency fire staircases were closed. The only egress for 50+ rooms on the 3rd floor was one elevator.
