I tried to change the date on a visit three months before the stay. Instead, they insisted that any change would result in a customer losing his entire deposit. It is a ridiculous thing to extend a "no-cancellation or change" policy that far back.

Overall good facility for the price. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Close to NAU, shopping and a variety of dining options. Easy access from the interstate. Our room had a couple of minor maintenance issues (which we provided to the staff) and the room could use an update.

I like that access to the upper floors is controlled so random people can't just walk up or ride the elevator up. If I had designed the rooms, or at least mine, there are a couple things I would have done differently. First the sink. It is angled and in the corner. So, to shave you have to turn and move away from the sink to see the mirror (or be a contortionist). Secondly, the curtains... even though it's a second-floor room overlooking the parking lot and empty field, you cannot close the curtains, just the sheers. Privacy, please! But overall, I am satisfied with this hotel and the room.

I wasn't able to cancel or get a refund. I don't recommend booking with Hotels.com or their affiliates. Horrible experience . They took over $400.00 from me.

For a very good price we are had everything we needed:refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, tv The room was very clean and quiet. At the morning we had nice simple breakfest.I recommend this place.
