I pre checked in but still had to wait in line. I’m not sure what clean up was done outside the door but it stunk and we needed up tracking in whatever it was in with our shoes and the air conditioner hummed like a diesel truck was idling in our room all night.

The bed could have been more comfortable and the room had a doorway joining another room and i could hear the family with kid's as if the door was open.

At first glance the room seemed clean. But I found a large spider in the bathroom. Of course being Arizona it’s not unusual but somewhere in that bathroom there’s an opening critters are getting into. But more importantly was the attention to cleaning. There was left behind garbage from the previous guest beneath the bed. Obviously nobody is cleanning the floor under the bed.

Good stay for quick stay on a road trip

Overall everything was fine. Everything seemed clean, but the sheets had a few minor stains (again, they were cleaned, just still had the stains). One of the hand towels was disheveled and couldnt tell if it just wasn't set neatly or if it had been used and not replaced. Other than those minor things, all seemed clean, especially the bathroom. Aside from the pillows, bed was very comfortable (as far as the pillows go, its just my preference...nothing the hotel did wrong. They were too soft for me).
