We never saw any staff, the sink drained very slowly. Thankfully there were two beds, the first bed I tried was bad. It looked as tho there had been a party in it. I requested ajoining rooms, because I am disabled, anyway we did survive.

Stay was great. I wanted to stay in a tiny home however they sold my room. She sold me a railroad car stay for extra charge. I used the laundry room. Washers were fine but three out of the four dryers are broken. The refrigerator was unplugged and smelled awful. Otherwise everything was clean and front desk girl was helpful.

We got to the location. Got our room went to the room. It was a little dirty at first sight. We threw our blankets and pillows down went set the heat cuz. It was 60° in the room. And then went straight to sleep. So that we could get up and continue our drive the following day and woke up to it still being 60°. If not colder in the room, the heat never worked went in the bathroom. It was dirty. There was stains on the doors. Couldn't take a shower because of how small the shower was. Because I'm a bigger guy. And the floors were completely dirty. The socks were black on the bottom of them and then outside the door was nothing but somebody's leftover food throwing about. And lots of beer cans just Throwing all over the place and broken glass.The bed seems like it hasn't been changed since route sixty six was in effect.Because you sagged in the middle of the bed, the chair you couldn't even sit in unless you wanted to fall through it.The head of the bed was lower than the feet of the bed

The property was inviting with featuring the trains and play areas for kids. We stayed in room 1. The room definitely needs to be updated. Walls need repairs & painting. The shower is too small. Electrical outlets should not have exposed wiring. The TV was plugged into a hanging power strip. It would be beneficial to have sound proof rooms as we could hear the TV from the neighboring room.

We have stayed in your property in the past and it has changed drastically. Room 10 the area outside was a bit messy had a lot of small trash by the front door . The doors didn’t close easily the toilet was as not stable . There was bugs in the bathroom . Room 16 the fan was turned on and the dust came down like it needed to be dusted ! That room didn’t have a remote I understand it needed to be ordered or was ordered but still no tv . The toilet was loose and the doors were hard to close ! Hopefully things change so we can come back .we love coming here but for somebody that had heard great things of place it’s not acceptable hopefully things change !

Cheap

For $50 a night, you get what you pay for. The atmosphere and concept was very cool. But I mainly booked this too because reviews said they were very clean despite being cheap. Which was wrong. Our room looked like it hadn’t been dusted in months. Cob webs everywhere. The floor was so slimy and dirty we had to walk with our socks on the whole weekend. Shower head was disgusting and also coming apart from the wall. Also had spiders in our room. The advertisement said there was a park for kids but couldn’t find it after walking the whole motel lot / RV park. Overall I just wish the room was clean. The place had cats that seemed to live there and be fed by guests which was probably the best part.

Super clisw to Bearizona and downtown Williams. Room is 1940's motel, but pretty clean overall. Furniture is outdated like the chairs were sunk in and not comfy. The pool house is clean and warm water.
