Close to the Grand Canyon train station. Friendly staff. Rooms and linens clean. Carpet needs updating / or shampoo. I love the indoor pool, you can do lap swimming.

Room was comfortable. There is a microwave and fridge in the room which is convenient. The only issue was the floor layout. The elevator is at the back of the hotel so even if you have a room on the second floor near the front of the hotel you have to go to the back to get the elevator up. It does have a luggage cart to take your stuff so thats a plus.

Mechanical noises and rumbling all night long. No way to turn off bathroom fan. Not enough electrical outlets. Breakfast area half the size it needed to be. Breakfast mediocre. No fruit except some tough skinned , stringent, flavorless apples. On the positive side, bed and pillows were very comfy.
