Extremely friendly staff. Room was clean and was large. a good size to house all our snowboarding gear. The center island in front of the heater if also good to warm up/dry gloves and hats. Ample parking. The hot tub was warm and so was the pool. Might not be the fanciest or newest place but it was well maintained. Would def return when Snowbowl gets snow. Snowbowl was about a 35 min drive away. The breakfast was indeed good. Close to downtown and anywhere you would want to go.

The customer service was good, but unfortunately some of the other guest made the stay feel unsafe as all night they were screaming shouting and banging at doors. Even after cops made a well visit the noise continued and I consider it should have been better handled by the hotel being that it is part of there policy when checking in.

The front desk staff was very helpful. Kayla checked us in. She gave us a handout with local restaurant information that was useful. The bed was a little harder than we are used to but the room was clean and the heat worked great. We utilized the pool while we were there and Kayla even restocked the towels. The only thing I would recommend is adding eggs and bacon or sausage to their breakfast. My kids cannot make it on cereal and pancakes alone.
