The property is either going through repairs and renovations right now or should be. We stayed early October and the place needs work ascetically. It’s a little paint away from being good. I just didn’t see anyone working on it while we were there. The room was large and comfortable. I had no issues with noise in the room. I would stay again but not in the near future.

Cleanliness of room was terrible. Damaged dresser with giant piece laying in the middle of the floor when we walked in. Shower not clean, tub not draining properly. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Hallways dingy and the whole interior needed updating. Damaged walls in room and hallways. Pool/ hot tub was good. Breakfast was disappointing and lacking in options. Quality was not good. Waffle makers need updating and do not cook properly. Broken/leaking coffee maker all over the floor. Would not recommend or stay here again. The only positive was the location.

Clean and friendly. TV Remote in room not working, ask the front desk for new batteries, there also was no back on the remote. She said she replaced the batteries and put a back on it. Took it back to the room and it still did not work. Was late in the evening, so didn’t bother to try again. Other than that, everything was good.

It’s fine. Our first room had a broken bed, they swapped us to another room. When we went to build the hide-a-bed we had no bedding. The front desk said it was there, so we made due moving bedding from other beds. The staff would best be described as present. Breakfast was not good. There was no coffee, the waffle maker ran out of waffle mix, and the eggs were barely edible. I’m not one to complain, as overall it was fine….but everything was bare minimum.
