We were given rooms on the 3rd floor which was fine but when we got off the elevator it was freezing cold. When we got to our room it was 61 degrees in the room. I called front desk to move to another room and she said there was nothing…which I found hard to believe as it was a Monday night and there were very few cars in the parking lot. We left to go to the hot tub thinking the room would warm up. We were gone for approximately an hour and the room did not get much warmer. I called for a portable heater and they said they don’t have any. We left again for supper then when we returned a couple of hours later it did warm up a bit. I do not believe that this is very professional. If they want to turn off the heat to save money then dont rent out rooms. I am very disappointed.

The entire 2nd floor and stairwell smelled strong of weed, coming out of our room the smell would hit us like a wall. I understand this is a problem with the people, not the hotel, but this shows the type of people coming to this hotel. We could hear other people through the wall the entire night, the rooms are not well sound proofed. The tv did not work in our room and the heating system was very incorrect, we woke up to a very hot room when it was only set to 65 degrees. We only stayed for 1 night so we did not feel the need to complain about the numerous issues.

Room was clean and overall property was nice. Only had one issue at night our room was full of weed smell and smoke. Told the front desk guy he walked down the hall but never did anything else about it. Got a headache from the smell, the breakfast area was good. Had lots to choose from.

All the rooms have a sofa which I was happy to have. Office chairs look rather worn. Price was good and the place is clean and convenient to ALTRU hospital.

The first room we were given was really neglected. Bathroom fixtures were broken and the fan in the room wouldn’t shut off and made an extremely loud noise. There was no quiet times observed as our neighbors next door and above were loud the entire night. There was vomit being near the front door of the hotel when we entered.

Staff at front desk were wonderful! HVAC in our room #225 was super noisy - please replace! Breakfast was just okay - more coffee and food options please; waffles / machine needs to be checked out (batter was weird)…. Soft towels and room was huge/ nice. Loved the fridge and microwave in room.
