Dirty clothes were under the bed. The floor was dirty & sunflower shells were on the floor. There was no coffee in the lobby when we were checking out

Long day traveling. Got to Grand Forks at 2am. Clerk was alone and brand new and didn't know how to check in a guest. I was tired, but was not upset with her. Who leaves an employee on their own with no training?

The people were very nice, and so was the hotel itself. We were glad to have a stove, microwave, and a full fridge in the room, including the kitchen sink. We would certainly go here again.

While the check in area and room never appeared “dirty” per se, but the smells…wow - it was so bad we left without unpacking (of course they wouldn’t refund any money!!) The beds are about a foot off the floor and are either extremely worn or are used beds!!! Don’t even get me started on the other unsavory characters staying at this long stay hotel. I would swear they were cooking Meth in there or they were cooking socks.. Hence the smells.

It was very nice, clean, and cozy. My only complaint is that I filled out the breakfast form but it didn’t work so I never got my breakfast delivered the next morning.
