Nice, could be nicer.

Room was very nice, roomy, great views. TV was sporadic, and could not access the pool one day, card reader was not acknowledging the room card. The gondola rides should be part of the room purchase, we would have eaten on site most likely every day if we could ride up the mountain free. We eat off property the entire time we stayed there. A lot of driving!

Beautiful view, lots of hiking nearby. The outdoor hot tub and pool were great. Our bedroom remote did not work. The breakfast is only available on weekends. There was a lot of work being done so it was busy with workers and trucks.

We have stayed here several times. We stay in one of the condos. Staff is always friendly. The room is clean. The beds are comfortable. We don't ski but enjoy the hiking trails. Its a great place to stay to explore the North Shore. The outdoor hot tub is fabulous! The views are amazing! We will stay again.

Great location and dog-friendly

We stayed at Eagle Ridge Resort for two nights. We love that it is dog-friendly and also a great location for hiking and exploration. The queen bed was very comfortable. The pullout couch was average. We were surprised the kitchen didn't have salt (so bring your own!), but otherwise it had the very basics. The hot tub up the hill is a nice bonus and had it been warmer, we would have used the pool as well. Complimentary breakfast at Lofty Gondola is a really nice bonus, but our service there was extremely slow. All in all, a great stay at Eagle Ridge and we will be back again.

Pros: We arrived late in the evening 10pm so no direct check in with staff, process was easy and painless. Room was clean, view was spectacular. Fireplace worked which was nice as it was little chilly. Checking out was the only time I saw the front desk. Since we stayed in the off season the resort was quiet, which we enjoyed. Lots to do, hiking, lighthouses ect and yummy resturants in the surrounding towns. Cons: hot tub wasnt working unsure of the sauna, not a big deal for us but would have been nice.

During our stay the power went out we were locked out of our room. I called the desk and told them that the power went out and we were locked out of the room and they said to wait until they knew more or the power came back on. This was at a little before noon. We had just finished running and wanted to be able to at least get in to get some different/warmer clothing options. We hung out at the finish line until after 3 in which I realized other guests were able to use their key cards and get into their rooms. I went and talked to the front desk and told them the issue again and that we couldn't get into our room. I was told the power was coming on in waves and to wait another hour and then try again..I went back to sit outside our room a little longer until another guest said they were battery operated. I called the desk again and they had someone come from maintenance to replace our batteries. So all in all we were locked out of our room (which held all our valuable, extra clothes, etc) for over 4 hours. I heard this happened to someone else in g as well. I know you could do nothing about the power, but it would have been nice to have someone take us a little more seriously and get us back in earlier. I had a cold, wet, unhappy kiddo for quite a few hours after her run.
