This unit was larger than most one bedrooms I have stayed in. The kitchen and eating area would rather large and had everything supplied. Not that we really used any of it but good to know for future reference.Stellar location, we were able to walk around and see the charming town of Grand Marais.

The property was so close to the lakefront and restaurants. Ben, the property owner, was very responsive with communication and check out requests. We would definitely stay here again. A couple of small things I would suggest are more hangers in the closets and a roll of paper towels for the kitchen for wiping down the counters. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved the location of this very clean apartment. There was plenty of room for an adult and two teenagers and there was even an outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Communication with the owner was easy and we had everything we needed. We will absolutely be back!

Great location

I enjoyed staying here because the location was great for me. I was taking a class at the Grand Marais Art Colony, and all I had to do was walk down the block to get there. The apartment is clean and comfortable, but there was a window on the front door that had no curtain on it, and it was very uncomfortable in the evenings. I finally hung a towel from some clips over the window.

Great location

The location was definitely the selling point. For a stay in Grand Marais we never had to drive anywhere. The house could be better stocked with general necessities but nothing that was critical. There was hand and dish soap but no shampoo/cond/shower soap. The unit could use a deep cleaning but overall was acceptable. Host was very responsive. Neighbors friendly. I would definitely stay here again but some small improvements would make a big difference!

Great location! Nicely refurbished apartment. Very comfortable queen size bed. We walked to restaurants shopping and Lake Superior shore line. Would recommend for 2-3 people.
