The room was comfortable and clean. The desk staff were kind and helpful. Next time, I will make sure to ask for a room on the non-freeway side of the building as it was a bit noisy.

great location can walk to the town, restaurants in walking distance. Good breakfast, manager's reception was a surprise and very nice to have. Front desk was wonderful easy check in rest of staff was just great. I would stay here again.

Almost perfect

We came to attend a celebration held by friends. Several previous stays at your property. Two night stay. Good housekeeping, good location, nice amenities. Two minor complaints: orange juice was watered down and we did not drink it. Night clerk at front desk on 9/5 was abrupt and unwelcoming. The rest of the staff were excellent. Perhaps just a bad day?

Great location in downtown Grass Valley. Quick walk to the pedestrian only zone with shops and restaurants. Social hour basic snacks and drinks but nice vibe. Fitness Center basic but met the need.
