Staff was super helpful, we had booked a cabin and didn't realize there was only 1 bed in the one we booked. The staff cleaned the soonest available 2 bed, and had us in it no extra charge in about an hour. Super friendly great stay.

The stairs going into the cottage were falling apart with rusty nails exposed. The room still had hair in the bathroom shower, partially painted wall, smearing from people’s hand on the bedroom walls, the list goes on. The dumpster right outside the cottage was overflowing with garbage, all the outside trash cans were full of beer bottles & teach

Door didn’t lock, hole in wall, was moved to updated room. The bathroom was disgusting the shower was so bad with mold and hair that I checked out after one night without showering. I have never stayed in a seedier place. No refund was issued for second night the inn refused.

There was no ventilation in the room. The AC was ancient, filthy and loud. The desk person opened the bathroom window for us and the sill was filthy with spider webs and smelly garbage close by. The shower was good after it took about 5 minutes to get hot. The parking area was littered with trash. It would have been easy to pick up or rake up. The staff person was nice.

We paid for a cute 2 bedroom bungalow so we thought, bait and switch we’re sorry over booked we have a one bed with a couch both at best from a thrift store. No towels no blankets, one pillow . Lights didn’t work so they put a lamp. Sheets had stains on them. I left and checked out with my kids same day. If I can put my video and pictures I will. Tweakers walking all around that area and through the parking lot . Weeds 3 feet tall just stay away from here. Worst hotel experience we have ever had kids probably need counseling after this nightmare.

Room had no heat and they gave me a small electric heater which only projected heat for about 3 ft and the room did not have a smoke alarm and the walls were paper thin and I could hear the conversations next door and construction began at 8:00 in the morning.
