I will not be back.

The pool was great! The bed linens were clean. The room was not clean. This hotel needs updates but that usually does not bother me if it is clean and this place is not clean. I did not experience any bugs just dirty.

Terribly unclean and sketchy.

We realize we chose a more affordable option and expected it to be a mediocre hotel, but it was terribly unclean and the preview photos on Google were deceiving. The facade is very run down, the halls and stairwells look like they’ve never seen a vacuum, there were dead bugs and someone’s pubes in the bathroom, light fixtures were dangling out of their sockets, and everything seemed to be layered in filth (random splotches and smears on all surfaces). One of our kids said they didn’t feel safe staying there, but we ended up staying and leaving as soon as possible. I think the hotel has potential and we did see it is under new ownership, so we want to give them some grace, but it was truly an uncomfortable experience.

Service and price was good , but room, bathroom was very dirty . Continental breakfast was good.. hotel is very dated and needs cleaning everywhere. Front desk staff was very friendly which was nice.

stayed at this property several years ago, was not as run down. I recommend turning the place into a temporary homeless shelter , they can bathe in the pool, until demolishing can begin. Save the fireplace, elk taxidermy, and riverboat. a trip & fall lawyer's dream! loose carpeting on stairs and high traffic area. my credit card charged $20 more than my "receipt"!

The building is old, bathtubs are too small, the walls need repainting, the grout lines are dirty moldy looking. The key card only works on the front door entrance only. The back door (pool area) does not work. The beds have crumbs or have not been dusted. The pillows are flat. The phones do not work. Breakfast is barely edible. However, just my opinion!

When I reached the property early at 3:30, I was told that my room was not ready and they were unsure if it would be ready by 4:00. The gentleman at the front desk apologized for the inconvenience when it was still not ready by 4:15. He apologized and I asked him to report it to his manager for a discounted rate, and he said he would do so. I had to move forward with my plans and stopped to buy a cooler with ice since I could not drop my food off at the hotel room fridge since it was not available for me to check in by 4 pm as it stated on their Ramada/Wyndam policy. Both agents I called from the property were unable to help me and the automated service did not work when putting me through to customer service. I called Expedia, but they did not register my Credit Card last four #s when I punched it into their automated system. It was a disappointing experience that I could not get help to cancel & get a refund from Expedia or Ramada.
