Pool and hot tub, pleasant and helpful staff. Room was great, very clean walk in shower king size bed so very comfy. Slept very well, which is most important to me. Have been to west branch super 8 many times in the past few months...my favorite hotel in the area. Breakfast was the only thing i can complain about. Nothing to eat for a diabetic. Except for coffee and tea. Bagels with cream cheese would be a nice add. Hint hint lol. Or peanut butter on wheat toast.

The property is dated, you can't really see in photos. The reception is cramped but staff was very nice. Dre was uber friendly. There was breakfast but we didn't eat and picked up something at Tim Hortons next door on the way out. Stayed on the ground floor and was nice that it was quiet.Interesting little gift souvenir shop by the reception. Walmart nearby was convenient bec I forgot my kens solution. There was an outlet mall close by but was closed when we got there. The hotel was clean though very old. Wall photos are black and white of 1930s? Small rooms and halls. Other than that, it was ok for a night's stay. Convenient to get back on I-75.

I generally don’t leave reviews, but I will say - I was impressed with this location. The staff was friendly (they allowed us to check in 2 hrs early so I could drop our bag and make it to my cousins wedding ceremony on time). The check in was quick and the room was clean. I’ve been other more expensive hotels and the bathtubs weren’t wiped down well or there were stains on the carpet. Our room was in perfect working order. The continental breakfast was small but it was enough. I had a waffle, yogurt, juice/coffee, and a muffin. They had a few other options too (toast, cereal and apples). I loved how they had a coffee/tea station out in the lobby area all day accessible, and also in the lobby was a nice little shopping area with knickknacks like lanterns, sweaters, necklaces, notebooks, bug spray, etc. They also had a pool and jacuzzi. I did not personally use them, but my cousins whom also attended the wedding said the jacuzzi was super nice. I would definitely stay again in the future if needing a place to lodge. Recommend!

Expedia has yet to call me to refund my money due to the hotel saying they were dog friendly I reserved a room and when I got there they told me every room is dog friendly except the one I reserved which was the hot tub room that I had paid extra for so when I got there I had to switch rooms for a cheaper room on my anniversary I had even called the hotel personally and confirmed they were dog friendly told them my name so they could look at my reservation and say yes or no but they confirmed and said yes they were and I get there 2 hours away just to be told that I couldn't reserve the room that I wanted to spend my anniversary with my wife in

We have stayed here for the past few years for a bowling tournament we come up for, it seems like every year there is hair either in the sink or shower or both, or a hole in the screen of the window or the air not working great.
