Stay was fine. The bed was comfortable. Loved having so many tv channels. Refrigerator worked well. Upholstery on chair was stained and dirty looking. Water leak in wall just inside of bathroom door. Only leaked when using shower. Plaster pealed off on wall at leak site. Carpet was sticky in a couple of places. Had issues with payment was charged twice at check in and check out but is resolved day after check out. Staff were pleasant to work with to get that resolved.

Meh. SUPERB location, in terms of lots of restaurants, gas stations nearby, and a Walmart right next door, and fast, reliable internet. Neighborhood is not great, but OK. It’s a fairly spacious, very clean room with carpeting. BUT no coffee maker in the room, I had to go ask for an iron (probably there are more rooms than irons), and while the building seems nice and quiet, there was a nearby train just LAYING on the horn at 4:30 am. The “free breakfast” is cereal and carbs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a nice, low rate; you certainly could do a lot worse than staying here . . . but you might want to check around a bit before you reserve.

This was not our first choice but it sounded the best since it's a new build. The price seemed a little steep for a Super 8 (over $100) for one night. My husband secretly tried to upgrade to a jacuzzi room but they said the jacuzzi didn't work. (I guess there's only one?) The first room we got smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. My husband has asthma and we were in town for business so didn't want so smell of smoke. We requested a new room and they obliged. The new room was great other than the chair was disgusting. Stained up and nasty. The doors all slam very loud, ours was extremely squeaky. Breakfast was a disappointment. We went down with an hour and a half still for breakfast and all the coffee was gone, there was no eggs, sausage or bacon. We were the only ones there and no one came to check on anything until we were leaving. Overall, the hotel itself isn't horrible but there are better options next door. Definitely wouldn't stay again.

The room was excellent as well as the breakfast that is included. Service was excellent. Only issue, we were there for two nights and evidently the policy is not to service the room for this amount of time. The trash baskets in the room were full to overflowing after one night and we used a towel to blot up the water on the floor (our fault) from the shower the first night. We really needed a minimum of service to include emptying the trash baskets and if needed, fresh towels.

My greeting upon arrival was very friendly and efficient. My room was attractive, clean, and had everything I needed for an overnite stay. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Breakfast was a little better than average, and good. I would definitely stay here again!
