We had supper there when we got in. The food was very good. You got your monies worth. Room was nice and big but there was no hair dryer or Kleenex in the bathroom. Took a bath after I had to get the few hairs left in it. Did not like that but overall it was good.

We were just there one night travelling through to another location and can say the bed was very comfortable, the shower had great pressure and hot water. The included breakfast had lots of choices including waffles, eggs, bacon and other options.

It had a beautiful pool and sauna available. Had the western look and feel. The rooms were spacious, only concern was thin walls. I could hear the noises coming a crying baby and kids screaming from pool area. Very family friendly, not the place if you want absolute peace and quiet. Very clean

We enjoyed another great stay at the Heritage. The room this thime was at the back 2nd floor. Enterance and elevator was close by. Breakfast was a good stroll to get to but absolutely worth it. Staff are friendly and helpful even after a busy weekend for them. I think this will be our Great Falls go to.

This was once a very beautiful hotel, l now lacking some maintenance. The chair leg was almost falling off and my husband fixed it. The curtains on the patio door facing the pool, one side was falling off and my husband fixed it so we could close the curtains. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Homeless fellow wandering in the parking lot.

Hotel was noisy and my room was dirty with ripped carpet. Bed was comfortable. Had to call front desk at 2 am because of noisy guests next to me. My stay was awful.

We arrived early 2:30;with friends, they were given their room and were advised our room would not be ready until 4 pm. At 4 pm we were told it would be another half hour they were just cleaning it, they knew we were waiting and would advise front desk immediately when done. 4:30 came, 5 pm came. I then asked just to give us a room, told we were locked in. Finally got room at 5:30.
