Heritage Inn-GFs is our favorite place to stay; comfortable rooms and family friendly (pool and atmosphere). One of the oldest running hotels in town that has always been greatly managed as well.

Front desk staff was very unprofessional, refused to provide two room keys. Room we booked was suppose to sleep 5 but that was a lie. It only slept 4 people. Our room key had to be reset multiple times and each time the front desk lady was very rude.

Most things about our stay was great. Our lady at check in was fantastic. We stayed for 3 nights. Every night our room keys didn’t work so we had to get them redone. We followed everything they said (keep away from phones etc). Then at checkout, the younger gentleman we had was very rude. He was the main reason we won’t give a top rating for our stay.

Between rude staff (not all) and the scolding hot shower with no notice this place leaves a lot to be desired. When we couldn’t get into one of the rooms we were told “that’s how it is” and dismissed like it was our issue. The hotel pictures are not representative of what the hotel is. The sink didn’t drain, the shower turned scalding without notice when rinsing face wash off and when you add any humidity to the bathroom it’s clear that the “non smoking room” was not. The beds needed replacing at least two years ago. The screaming kids and people yelling down the hall really topped off the experience. Jasmine works the front desk at this hotel and to say she’s the most rude and dismissive person I’ve encountered in customer service would be an understatement. We did address this all with the general manager but I wish the reviews had been more accurate so I wanted to share.

Property is in need of so some udates. The locks wernt working properly when we were there and the front desk seem understaffed. The room was extremely spacious but smelt musky and like old cigarettes. The shower was very hard to use, we had to initially get assistance and then did a constant drip after using it. The front desk employee said the showers not working "again" so it seemed they were already aware of the problem. There we lots of restaurants, gas stations and walking paths in the area. The pub not attached to the hotel, but beside it was awesome! Great food and service.

This was a unique property. I would love to have seen in its heyday. It was totally cool would stay again but it’s pretty dated and rundown. The worst thing was the noise it’s like your door is open.

For an older hotel, the Heritage Inn is a very good place to stay. Besides their own restaurant, there are three other options - one of which is an amazing Mexican restaurant - all within one block of the hotel.
