Didn’t get the room I reserved, the rooms were very small and uncomfortable. They gave us another room with 2 beds, the toilet was repaired unprofessionally. We didn’t get the price that was advertised on Hotel.com. Then asked for fresh towels after a couple days and found a bed bug on one of the hand towels. My husband ask for compensation and we got nothing. I will never stay in another Quality Inn ever.

The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the man working at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a shuttle which will take you to Lambeau Field on game day.

Great room. Clean and convenient to everything nearby. Stayed for a Packers game and the free shuttle was a bonus. Nice heated pool. No elevators but only one level to climb. The front desk clerk was very helpful and the breakfast was also good. I booked this room last minute and was worried because it’s not the type of hotel I normally stay in, but I was pleasantly surprised and would absolutely book here again.

Hallways had some garbage but not to bad, the worst part is that there are NO ELEVATORS so for many people its hard to carry your things upstairs, The toilet was very loosed and the bottom move about an inch from side to side. One room debater wall was also loosed. the rest was good.

Yes the room was clean and the breakfast especially the biscuit and gravy was great! The desk person was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The room was comfortable. Only complaint was keys stopped working and someone would have to answer the door.
