This is probably the most comfortable and amazing place to stay here. The atmosphere was incredible. The people in the customer service was impeccable. I am used to staying at much higher class hotels. But I can say this, it's definitely one of the best I have ever stayed in. That was not part of our normal routine as Platinum members to the hilton honor system

The entire Hotel was clean and fresh. It did not smell of cleaning products, but fresh Real Clean. The staff was outstanding. This is now my family’s place to stay when traveling.

This is the 1st hotel I've been to that it's only one roll of tissue and no trash bags in the trash cans. The girl at front desk said they only put one roll of tissue in rooms and don't put trash bags in rooms. That was crazy to me cause it seems that it would be easier. The breakfast was ok but wasn't expecting to have the same thing both days.
