We had a great visit however didn’t like paying for parking when I’ve paid almost a few hundred for a room. Pool was clean and warm but not the water 😊 but we enjoyed it. Staff was very friendly.

Nothing unique about the property, needs desperately an update the furniture and bathroom and the carpets was horrible, also the communication with the staff very poorly and a lots of noise and strangely small a weed. Unfortunately we waste we are money on the hotel.

Very Disappointed

The first room we were given smelled awful and the carpet had stains throughout the suite. The second room smelled much better and had fewer stains. The water in the indoor pool was very cold so could not use it and the pool was the primary reason for paying extra for the hotel. Also, I did not appreciate being surprised with a $11 parking fee for outside parking.

Staff were very friendly. We were told breakfast begins at 730 but it definitely began sooner at 725 folks we’re 1/2 way through their meal. As early risers that was a disappointment.

Front desk staff is rude. This has been very consistent when I stay here, in which I will no longer. Carpet in all rooms I’ve stayed in have lots of stains and furniture as well.

I will absolutely Never stay at this hotel again. The couch, loveseat and carpet was filthy. The entire place smelled like smoke. Complained all throughtout the day. They came yesterday evening, sprayed the curtains. Within an hr the smoke smell was still present. They were not apologetic concerning this situation. I have allergies and it made me cough, because of the smoke. They didn't offer me a discounted rate for the room because of my inconveniences. Not a professional place of business at all.
