The staff was new and didn't understand how to handle difficult situations as far as billing is concerned. Thw general manager kevin was arrogant and rude. He hung up on me without resolving my issue. I will never stay at another one of your facilities.

A very clean hotel with great staff. Dining area for breakfast was absolutely lovely! CHINA CUPS! Shower had a rain head. A really nice place to stay.

This was the first time I've stayed at a Holiday Inn and I will use them in the future if they are like this property. First of all I want to praise Margie the gentlewoman who helped us check-in. She was kind and answered my questions. The rooms were spacious and they have adjoining rooms for families which was a plus. They were clean. The beds were so comfortable. Our double bed room had a tub in the bath which is another plus when giving kids a bath. The breakfast was great however, it is not included in the stay but kids eat free so that's a plus. Plenty of places to order from for food and short drives to places to explore. Ample parking. I wish they had USB/usb-c charging ports.
