We stay here frequently but this time was horrible unfortunately, our room was dirty and we found a shirt and eye gels from previous people who stayed there and popcorn kernels on the floor and the bathroom area was filthy! I would of complained to a manager but a 16 year old kid was not caring about anything!

The bathroom shower had hair covering the drain and soap caked in the wall-mounted soap dish. There were no drink glasses/cups for drinking water or the coffee machine. The tissue dispenser was empty, not even an empty box in the dispenser.

There was black mold all through the entire room. There were pubic hairs all over the bathroom. The room was very, very dirty, and the smell was horrendous. The bathroom was so dirty. We couldn’t shower in it.

Stayed here for 8 days with my wife to ski and snowboard at 7 springs, Hidden Valley and Laurel Mountain. Great location close to dining places and bars with live music, coffee shops, bakeries, ski rental places and a snowboard/ski shop within a few minutes drive. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay here again.
