The staff is extremely friendly., and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I was eating dinner at a restaurant and a staff. Member happened to be there. He stopped by my table to make sure everything was good at the hotel and with my room. I thought that was an incredibly nice gesture.

Lots of exotic and amazing animals on property.. wonderful staff.. only issues was I rented room for hot tub and fireplace...but fireplace didn't work and heater in bathroom didn't work..and the noise floorboards from upstairs kept us up most of night and up early next morning. For $200 I expected the things to work that should work when paying that much money for one night.. loved place,just disappointed no fireplace.. without some type of discount I'll probably not stay again!

This stay exceeded our expectations. Ratings online can be hard to judge by but we felt they deserved a higher rating than shown. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. The animal zoo on sight was an added bonus after a long car ride with a child. We would happily book here again.

Needs upgrades

There was no internet as stated. Therefore, the tv did not work bc it was not hardwired to service. The outlet in the bathroom also did not work. We upgraded to a jacuzzi room, but the jets didn’t work so it was just a big bathtub. The zoo and log cabin theme was cool though. And the staff was very nice.
