Mal desde que llegamos, la persona de la recepción muy despota, recerbe 3 avitaciones y, me dice que no que solo eran 2, era media noche y le pregunto que se puede hacer y me responde no se hable con su agente porque solo puedo darle 2 entonces llamo por teléfono y expedía se comunica con ellos y de esa manera me solucionan pero yo ya estaba de mal humor, en la habitación no había toallas y no nos dieron el control de la televisión que porque no tenían, en fin no volveremos a ese lugar

De acuerdo a la experiencia que se llevo en el hotel no tiene las condiciones necesarias para serlo, ya que no cumple ni con los aspectos principales que debe tener. La zona en la que esta ubicado el hotel es insegura,desorganizado, sucio, había cucarachas, no sirve la televisión, inseguridad en la habitación por los cables y cerrojo, la cama incomoda y mas.
