The hotel is almost perfect , big rooms , house keeping is amazing, breakfast is great , the only thing that's a little bit of a problem is communicating with the Front Desk staff , only one person can speak English. Still my preferred hotel in Guangzhou

Great experience, easy stay as a foreigner. Could be a little cleaner in certain areas like the shower, but not significant. Only gripe is that the hotel is on a very large highway; makes taxiing back to the hotel a few yuan more expensive and a few minutes longer because they often have to take alternate routes to get to the north side of the street.

My room offers an awesome view of the city and the lake. The facility was good. However, the cleaning staffs have some room for improvement. They didn't bring me 4 towels as I requested multiple times. They didn't really clean my bed and vacuum the room diligently. The swimming pool and the hot tub is a bit outdated. The restaurant at the hotel is kind of expensive. Other than that, I love this hotel. I will definitely revisot it if I visit Guangzhou again in the future.

This hotel is pretty good overall - very big rooms, big bathroom, and quite clean. The subway is about 10 minutes walk. There are a lots of small restaurants nearby. The only thing I'd complain about is the cigarette smell on the whole floor where our rooms were.
