Overall it was a great vacation and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The condo was fully stocked with extras, its clean and decorated very nicely. Communication with owners was great we would stay again.

Met our needs!

This condo met all of our needs. Close to the beach, clean and comfy. The Boardwalk is an older building but seems to be wearing well. The condo was updated but there are a few things that may need updated in the future. Everything was functional and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the fridge is roomy. I don’t think there was anything we couldn’t find. The coffee pot uses pods or makes a pot. Don’t miss the carts that the Boardwalk has for taking everything upstairs. The elevators work well! Note that only one car can park in the front lot and the other has to be across the street. There is usually security to help with all those situations. We were just some ladies enjoying each other’s company and the beach. We were glad to have a nice kitchen to cook a few meals in as restaurants had lines up to an hour to an hour and a half. We loved the balcony and the beach view. If I get back to Gulf Shores, I would love to stay here again. If you have a question, don’t hesitate to contact the host as he was very responsive.

Overall, the property was great! My only complaint is that the door in the bedroom that led to the balcony was not sealed. All of the doors leading out had seen better days. The location was convenient, and we were able to walk to restaurants and shops.

Memorial Day Week Stay

This condo worked out wonderfully for our family of 4. All the rooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and the like so we couls enjoy meals from the balcony.

Amazing Views

The property itself was very well maintained. We were able to wake up daily and watch the dolphins from our balcony. The market directly across the street was very handy. The host was very responsive and great to deal with. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The place was great! The location was awesome! Right on the beach next to a great restaurant!!! The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals! It would have been nice if there were some beach chairs there to use, but other than that it was a great vacation!!

Perfect family vacation!

Great place to stay!

I stayed here with my husband and two kids. We had a blast and loved how conveniently located it is. Also, it’s not a super high rise so the beach in front of the property wasn’t super crowded. There is an Island Market directly across the street that is convenient if you need bread or ice or something like that. The condo kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pots and pans, plates, etc. that you would need to cook meals. I would stay here again!

The location was perfect. Directly across street was a store that had almost everything you would need. Within walking distance 0.5 miles to the hangout and everything else. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent.

Love the location

This property is attached to the Sea ‘N Suds restaurant in the beach, making it very convenient for eating out. Also within walking distance to The Hangout and convenience stores. We’ve stayed in this condo before and will stay here again - it’s perfect.

Great time. A couple things...

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we would stay there again. We love the location, the pool and the large patio. The updates are really nice! Great job. It was quiet. We slept well. A few suggestions: 1. Replace a few outlets. Some don't work. A couple others are old and the cord comes out easily. 2. The two doors to the balcony need new door knobs and knob parts. The latches and strike plates need to be replaced. They are rusted. One door doesn't latch without using the dead bolt. 3. Keep an eye on the shower liners and either clean them or replace them regularly. One was a little moldy. 4. We would have vacuumed to try and clean the sand. We tried. The vacuums that are there don't work. 5. That sleeper sofa has seen better days. I think it's time to get a new one. Going from sofa to bed and back is a pain, especially with that board that is used to keep people from sinking.
