Yet it is still conveniently located in the heart of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach attractions are also within a few miles.

There is the outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool and hot tub, and a steam and dry sauna, as well as a fitness room. A grilling/BBQ area with a picnic table and benches is perfect when you want to eat in. The sparkling white beach is within footsteps of the building, which the private balcony overhangs. There is also a bike storage area if you wish to bring along your bicycles.

The unit has been recently painted and updated with new cabinets, counters and fixtures in the kitchen and both baths. There is new furniture and mattress in the bedroom and new furniture throughout. It has spacious extra high ceilings (only available in select units on this P-1 level of the building, which is the 2nd floor from the top of the building), Queen size bedroom with a private bathroom, 2nd bathroom in hall, alcove bunk beds (great for kids! Not for adults; weight and height limits), and a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living area (also great for kids). The dining and living area contain a flat screen Smart TV along with Cable, and a flat screen TV is also located in the bedroom. WiFi Internet service, a washer & dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite meals when you are not in the mood to visit the nearby restaurants are other features.
