With two pools and proximity to fine dining, golf, water parks, amusement parks, mini-golf, hiking trails, a fishing pier, shopping, and more, this is the ideal place to be. Covered parking adds to the convenience of your stay.

This condo has undergone recent renovations and is meticulously maintained, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and spaciousness. Brand new TVs, new comforters in bedrooms, and enhanced cable service! The furnishings, décor, and A/C have been thoughtfully tended to. Enveloped by the sound of waves, the fully stocked kitchen invites you to prepare a meal, while the 42" flat-screen TV and stereo provide relaxation. TV entertainment is available in the den or in both bedrooms. The master bedroom features a BRAND NEW 2024 king-size bed, and the second bedroom hosts a queen bed, both offering views of the Gulf. A new addition of built-in bunk beds enhances the condo's capacity to accommodate a total of 6 guests. The bedrooms are fully carpeted, with tiled flooring throughout the rest of the condo. Peaceful and serene, the only sound you'll hear at night is the calming rhythm of the ocean. Revel in the amazing panoramic views!

UPDATE: As of October 2024 there is a new Flat Screen Smart TV and new Lazy Boy Recliner in the living room and the carpeting in all bedrooms was replaced with LVP. In November the condo also went through a professional semi annual deep cleaning

For Winter Season reservations (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a minimum stay of 60 days. Reservations not meeting this criterion are subject to potential cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may have a minimum stay of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information: Parking Passes are required and available for purchase upon arrival or through our office. Only 2 parking passes per reservation, with a maximum of 2 cars allowed.
NOTE: For long-term rentals, guests will have to have an additional pass for each month. (GRC's are only valid up to a 30 day stay)
Linens are provided, although guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

This is a perfect place if you want to be at a less crowded section of the beach. It was a perfect spot for the July 4th fireworks show we were able to watch it from the balcony

Multiple ocean views

Several windows in the condo with sweeping ocean views. Ours was the last condo so the beach area didn’t seem as crowded. We were mainly in the condo to sleep, didn’t cook. Spur of the moment trip for our anniversary. I’d definitely like to stay at Royal Palms again.

Peffect getaway

We came to vist our kids for xmas and decided to do a few days at the beach. This condo fit our price and what needed for #sleeping. Furniture a bit large for family living area.I would say dated appliances and kitchen. But worked fine. Loved the corner unit and views outstanding. The beds were wonderful. THE VIEWS are what made it. And location easy. We would stay again.

The location is great! Unit could use some updates. The carpet in the bedrooms is very worn and dirty. It needs to be replaced asap. Beds were comfortable. Other than the carpet needing replacing, dates it was as described. I always take air fresheners, sheets to cover furniture and my own bedding when I stay at any rental units.

We love Gulf Shores! I do have to say, it was the busiest we’ve ever seen it. Our condo had several issues. Missing batteries in remotes, light bulbs that need replacing, radio didn’t work, beds not comfortable. Actual wire out the side of a bed. Really time for owner to invest in new mattresses. Weather was as expected. Lovely!

One thing that caught my eye in the photo when selecting the condo. The recliner. It was a must since my husband has had two knee surgeries this year. First thing before unpacking, the recliner became stuck in the reclining position for the entire week. Also, there was a red stain on the sheet in the guest bedroom. Otherwise, it was a very nice condo. Lots of kitchen items, ice maker was awesome, lots of towels & bath cloths, the washer and dryer were very quiet. Fix the recliner, I will certainly rent again.

Office did not know pool security code. Asked again at checkout, still did not know. I had to tell them what it was. Unit 901 water pipes extremely noisy with renters washing clothes every night from 10 pm to 2 am. Inconsiderate! Hall bath drain stopped up. Property located perfectly at the end right before State Park. Why no restroom at pool area?? Very unusual.

Small space and layout

Neither Vrbo, Poole and associates or royal palms has any representation of th actual size or layout of this or any other spaces at royal palms. Poole and associates scams customers that require a second vehicle out of Moore money and aren’t up front in this manner. The condo had space take up in master sink cabinet with several gallons of paint and boxes. The master ceiling fan globe was broken with several pieces hanging from the fan.

Terrible to say the least

Below is the review I left the property….. I’m normally not one to negatively comment. I try to only post the positive and ignore bad reviews, but Lord. We have tried contacting you since the first day of the trip and get resolutions to our issues and literally not one thing to show you care about our issues has happened. We arrive with groceries and a note telling us the fridge isn’t cooling was an unpleasant surprise. I understand the storm from last year could have caused some issues but all it seemed the contractors only added a little tile and paint. The pool being closed was bad but it seemed you corrected that by letting us go across the street where you “owned other condos” but the second day we were there, we were told to leave and not come back. I felt like a criminal in front of my family. Evidently, we were put in the middle of some feud between each building going by the way the security guards explained. Lawsuits being threatened between each property because of beach access isn’t my issue. I just wanted what I paid for with the condo and pool. Once the pool was “ready”, we went down and it was full of paint chips and trash including a cigarette butt. I have 3 kids 13 and younger and none wanted to go in the pool. I really hope future guests aren’t so inconvenienced because this was easily the worst beach trip I’ve been on.
