Lighthouse 911 is a two-bedroom, two-bath, nicely decorated condo with Gulf-front views from the 9th floor. Lighthouse is located less than a mile east of The Hangout in Gulf Shores. Convenient to all area attractions!

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom

• Tile flooring is in the main living areas and carpet is in the bedrooms

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six and there are four bar stools for additional seating. This property also features a Keurig coffee maker as well as a standard coffee maker.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed. The primary bathroom features a double vanity and a jetted tub.

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• The bunk room has a set of twin bunk beds. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed. Guest is required to purchase a parking pass at the 2nd-floor front desk for $50 each (cash is not accepted).

You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Best place to stay in Gulf Shores!

This property was exactly as it was listed. It was very nice and such a gorgeous view from the balcony. My family enjoyed this trip so much! The check in process was very easy. It smelled so clean when we walked in, and it was very clean! The elevators are fast also! The pools and hot tubs were a hit as well. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone. They even called us on the second day to make sure everything was going well! This is the second time we have stayed at The Lighthouse, and will definitely be back!!

Nice and clean but not so comfy!

The condo was very nice and clean. The master bedroom however desperately needs a new mattress and pillows. It was not at all comfortable way to hard. Other than that great place to stay

Nice vacation week!

Condo very nice. Decorated well. View wonderful. Nice patio furniture. The only bedroom we used was the Master and the mattress was adequate but squeaked badly when getting up and down so could stand replacement.

Great Place

Better than expected! I was expecting a little cramped feeling with it having three rooms but it was not. The beach cart was there when we stayed and was a great bonus! We did have issues with the smoke detector going off when we used the oven but it was minimal. Parking and getting to the unit for the first time was a bit confusing, it would be helpful for a little more guidance. Overall, highly recommend this unit.

Great location and unit

This is our second year this unit and we love it. There is one issue to be addressed - we could basically NOT use the oven because it made the fire alarm go off everytime. This is an issue and not sure if better fans, or something but could not use oven. Otherwise everything was great.

The condo was very clean and spacious. Plenty of towels available. Large balcony with a great view. Full size water heater, and washer and dryer also. Good location. We loved it overall and would stay here again. Only negative was paying to park there, and the parking garage on 2nd and 3rd floor is tight with a full size truck or SUV.

Gulf Shores Vacation

Lighthouse 911 was an excellent choice for a family vacation for 7! Pools and Beach was very nice and inviting! View was amazing! Rooms were very accommodating for sleep and stay! Master shower was small and cramped. Toilet seat was broken, and sounds like it’s been broken from other reviews. Overall great place to stay for a week vacation!

Gulf shores for relaxing

My husband and I came down for the mullet toss at the florabama but didn't want to stay near the party. This place was perfect. It was big enough for a family!! The view is amazing... every morning we enjoyed the deck during breakfast. Plenty of parking!! The host was very easy to get a hold of. Very comfortable plane. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

All in all it was a good stay!!

We did enjoy our stay here ! We did have trouble with the air conditioning and it did take time to get the problem resolved but in the end it was taken care of they replaced the unit so it should be good to go for any other stay! I did address my concerns with the after hours call center and the lack of concern for the no air conditioning and they said they would look into so hopefully they did! We also didn’t have bedding to use for the pull out but we made it work!

Lack of cleanliness/old appliances

Silverware had leftover food particles on them. The refrigerator made loud buzzing noises throughout the stay and on the last night of our trip it woke us up in the middle of the night. We ended up having to unplug the refrigerator. Washing machine was extremely loud during the whole cycle of washing. Carpet had stains throughout. There was a black lump near the master toilet. I do not know exactly what it was. The master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable. I did not contact the rental company to complain, I only called the morning we left to inform them about the refrigerator.

Great view, great condo!

Very clean unit, great location, easy check in, everything better than advertised. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Xplore complimentary actives which came with our package, such as the sunset catamaran cruise, we're an added bonus.
