The vent in my room rattled all night each time the A/C came on. I was awaken several times and got so annoyed that I recorded it to report to management. The lady at the desk didn’t want to hear the recording and stated that I should have called to have a strange man enter my condo at 3:00 in the morning to check out the noise instead. I asked for the manager to call me, but obviously they don’t care because no one has contacted me yet. I did not get a good night’s sleep and paid too much money not to.

We had a great week at Phoenix All Suites in Gulf Shores! The condo was clean, comfortable, and right on the beach—couldn’t ask for a better location. Loved having ocean views, easy beach access, and being close to restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

The view was nice. The space was small. The bunks were really small. The appliances were rusty. The bathtub was gross. The curtains were stained. The door stops were rusty and broken. The fans were dusty. There was a bug in the coffee maker pot. The hair dryer was broken. Not adequate parking.

I arrived to be told I did not have a registration. The hotel spent an hour trying to find it then booked me in themselves. I went to the room and it was unfinished and dirty. I complained and was told touch up service would take care of it in the morning ( so sleep in the dirt). Next day no touch up service and no call from the hotel. But I was charged a SECOND TIME! As of check out I received apologies but also the desk clerk on duty said she saw BOTH reservations and it was there all along.

We were only staying for the night. They were extremely flexible! Our room was ready before 4pm and they even gave us a late check-out. They had a festival the weekend before and we didn't have beach access on on our check in but that information was well communicated to us! No surprises.

I was told AFTER booking a non-refundable room that beach access would not be available due to an upcoming event. Fine. I was not told about the nightmare it would create driving to the hotel. Fine. What I could not get past was the amount of mold growing around the windows. Absolutely disgusting.

Got an email too late to change accomodations about a festival that would block us off from accessing the beach from our hotel. The email didn't really explain the situation. Pee stains on couch mattress. Oven falling apart, a/c does not work well. Apparently, when you call the desk, if it rings more than 3x the call goes to another building who will give you a late check out because they believe in customer service. This place will send maintenance up to bang on your door and be ugly to you because you haven't left at 10AM on the dot after you were told you could stay later. I will not stay here again.

Everything was good, and the staff were friendly, but I do think it’s unfortunate that I had to get someone to drive three hours to stay with us just because my wife and I aren’t 25, even though we’re married and have a child.

The property is in a great location in downtown Gulf Shores with easy access to shops, restaurants and entertainment. It was also an easy access to the beach and the Gulf. The unit needs some upgrades, especially with the kitchen stove top. The living room furniture was not comfortable. We did enjoy our stay and would consider returning to Phoenoix All Suites.

Room was fantastic & great value for money. Very easy check in and out. Only negative is service. I called front desk to report an issue & request extra linens. Was told “ok, thank you”. Reported on the site & was advised to call front desk (which I had already). I saw housekeeping 2 doors down and requested from her the extra linens. She texted her supervisor and told me she had to wait for a reply and then she would bring them to the room. Never received them & no call.

Worst experience ever. Was never told only one parking spot on lot. Had to park across the street in unsecured parking lot which people were using as public beach access. Toilet seat broken in half made a couple of us blead from how hard it pinched. Security was the absolute rudest. Yelled at us for moving our car over to pack are belongings. Expected us to walk all of it across the street.

I only reserved for one night April 26-27 2025 and had a great time. I enjoyed the beach view, the rooms were a good size. Glad of the floor I was on(4) because I don’t do heights very well. The kitchen supplied utensil that you would need for cooking to eating. Beds were cleaned , white sheets and white bed covers
