Check in seemed to take a while, the WiFi is not good, the channels/tv are outdated, the walls are thin and I had to listen to an hour of my next door neighbors conversation. The rest of the hotel seems pretty empty, so I don’t know why I have to share a wall with anyone. I did appreciate having a mini fridge and microwave in the room but no vending machine or anything to drink or snacks whatsoever. If I was staying for more than one night, I would go somewhere else.

I accidentally booked this a month ago when i was planning on driving right through but the pass was closed and it was 3am so i had to stop anyway i thought i booked a room for February 17th and accidentally booked for March 17th and they refused to refund my money now i could maybe understand keeping the money if i was trying to cancel less than 24hrs before my reservation but i couldn't even cancel 24 days notice and explained that it was an accident still they apparently have a policy that states they enjoy ripping off disabled veterans on fixed incomes and absolutely refused to refund my money. They're crooks and theives don't ever book here support America not terrorists theives.

While the staff was friendly and the place relatively clean, the dated interior was not very comfortable or inviting. Walls are paper thin and they did not serve breakfast on Sunday.

The hot tubs were green with so much chlorine in them that we had to get out because it was burning our skin, they were leaking. Orange juice machine was broken. there was a blood stain on my sheets. Will not stay there again!!
