I would love to give it 5 stars, but there were a couple of issues. We arrived after 6, and there is very little lighting in the parking lot or outside of the building. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and had some fun touches to the decor. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold options. However, we got there at 8:15 (breakfast starts at 7:30) and there was no coffee. No one was around to ask for more. Another guest came down, and tracked someone down. She was told that coffee was complimentary and they don't make more than one pot in the morning. We were done before any more coffee was brought out. Overall it was a a lovely stay, and I would stay again.

No heat in bathroom the remote was missing. No place for a woman to sit down and put on her makeup. No microwave in the room or table of any kind to sit down and eat at. The continental breakfast the coffee machine was out of coffee for two days straight. The coffee that they give you for the room was like someone rang out their dirty socks in some water it was probably the worst coffee I've ever tasted. If you like a good cup of coffee in the morning this place is not for you.

This is by far the nicest place I have ever stayed. Bob was great as were every single other person we met, it was exceptionally clean and the building and surrounding garden were gorgeous. It’s so comfortable and quiet, I don’t even sleep as good at my house as I did here!

Have stayed before years ago and found rooms were still nice and comfortable. Staff was hard to find. “Front “ Desk empty half the time we came in or left. Outdoor gardens seems like not as well attended. We were disappointed regarding the breakfast. Previous visits had amazing prepared breakfast and wonderful coffee. This visit more like hotel prepackaged food. Coffee maker was awful. Others like ourselves left to get coffee elsewhere. Parking was great . Obvious that property undergoing some renovations under new ownership so hopefully things will be better next time we visit .

The property is boutique hotel with only 14 rooms so it was very quaint and quiet. They served a basic continental breakfast. Staff was friendly. We definitely would stay again
