Tämä ylellinen 4 makuuhuoneen 3 kylpyhuoneen koti sijaitsee arvostetussa Calabay Parc -yhteisössä Tower Lake -järvellä. Se on sisustettu ja sisustettu monilla lisäominaisuuksilla, jotka tekevät lomastasi ikimuistoisen.
2 makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone ja king-vuoteet. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja 4. makuuhuoneessa 2 erillistä vuodetta. Kolmas ja neljä makuuhuonetta jakavat kolmannen kylpyhuoneen. Kaikissa huoneissa on taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin. Keskusilmastoinnin lisäksi kattotuulettimet parantavat yöaikaisia mukavuuksiasi jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa ja perhehuoneessa.
Perhehuoneessa on 50 tuuman HD-televisio, jossa on kaapelipalvelu Blu-Ray / DVD-soitin.
Laajennettu uima-altaan reunus on talon koko leveys, joka antaa sinulle runsaasti tilaa nauttia auringosta mukavilla uima-altaan huonekaluilla. Yövalaistus lisää nautintoasi uima-altaassa tai kylpylässä. 5-polttiminen kaasugrilli on myös nautintoasi.
Koko perheesi nauttii pelihuoneesta, jossa on 7 jalkainen biljardipöytä, ilmakiekkopöytä, Nintendo Wii (peleillä) ja elektroninen tikkataulu. Pehmustettu lattia ja lelurasia palvelevat nuorempia vieraitamme.

Homeschool World Series

We visit FL every year for the HWS and I have to say this was our favorite house so far. The owners were wonderful and the house had everything needed for the week. The house was very clean and the pool was perfect to relax in after a long day of baseball.We hope to stay in this house next year!

First time Florida Trip

We came to visit family that lives in Kissimmee. The property we rented was 25 minutes away. Due to the property's amenities, we were able to host them for a barbecue and pool day! This was my family's first time on a plane, we are from California. It was amazing. We are off to Orlando for the wnd half of our vacation. BUT when in Haines City, I would definitely stay here again!

We needed to be close to my son’s house for Thanksgiving and this was the perfect location! Each person had their own room and bathroom! Doug and Kathy were very responsive and helpful with our stay! Wonderful house

Great place for a family gathering, nice amenities, fun game room. There’s plenty of space for a group of eight. Very clean and well maintained, the hosts communicated quickly whenever we had questions. We would definitely use this house again next time we’re in the area, thanks for all.

Lovely house

We recently stayed here for three weeks, and this home was lovely and had everything our family needed to enjoy a wonderful holiday. The hosts are really easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was simple. The house was immaculate, beds were comfortable (no achy necks or backs), private, secure, and in a safe gated community. The kitchen was fully equipped, even with a kettle (needed for British cups of tea), the pool table in the games room enabled healthy family competition and family time together. We really enjoyed the pool. For future guests driving to Disney and parks, the I4 has become a bit of a car park (parking lot) so it does take much longer to get to Disney then it should, but this has nothing to do the with house. We've stayed in Haines City pre Covid and the traffic was definitely less back then. I can't stress enough, this is nothing to do with the house, just the general increase in traffic. If you are looking for a lovely house, with all you could require for a perfect holiday then this is the house.

Highly recommend this property

We recently stayed here to celebrate my son’s graduation from High school with my father flying in from NY. This home was absolutely beautiful and had everything our family needed to enjoy a wonderful family vacation together. The hosts Kathy and Doug are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was a breeze. The property was immaculate, private, secure, and in a safe gated community. The kitchen was fully equipped for making family meals, the game room had everything we needed to enjoy family time together. We especially enjoyed the pool and spa. The hosts provided information at the property on where to go for food and entertainment however, the place is so wonderful that we spent most of the time enjoying time together at the property using the game room and pool area together. I highly recommend this rental for all your vacation needs. This property has everything you want and need for a perfect vacation with your family. We truly enjoyed our stay here! Highly recommend!!

Great getaway in beautiful VRBO home

Doug and Kathy have a nice gem here. The house was immaculate and has everything you need. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing in. Gated community that was very easy to get in and out of. We will definitely check into this one if we go back to this area of Florida.

Beautiful Home

The house was in a gated community. We love walking and felt very safe while walking. The people of the neighborhood were very friendly, and our grandson loved the game room and pool! Hosts were super nice and helpful.

2023 Florida vacation

Could not have been more happy with the property during our five night stay. The size and number of bedrooms was perfect for the five adults and two children. The property was clean and well kept. Property manager were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Check in and out was a breeze. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips.

Doug and Kathy are excellent hosts. Welcoming information very helpful and thorough. Home is in a secure neighborhood. Pool was a great feature. Home is clean and notes are around the house to explain features. This is a toddler friendly house. We appreciated the closeness to Legoland. We hope to stay here on our next trip!
