This is a hidden gem, incredibly great stay, staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially Zayn at reception. The pool and rooms were clean and the grounds were lovely to walk around, especially the ‘boardwalk’. A lot of effort has gone in to updating an older property, we will stay here again.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful setting. Boardwalk is all lit up and rheres lots of areas to explore plus the kayaking. Pool was the perfect size and the pool area balcony looks out into a one of a kind backdrop. Staff are super friendly and accommodating Cons: parking is next to non existant, especially for a truck. The rooms are outdated and the room we were in had a window that did not open and no air flow plus no AC. Restaurant was mediocre at best. Waited an hour for bacon and eggs that were average and overpriced. Canceled Dinner and went into town cause if they screwed up eggs, i wasnt gonna trust em with steak. Front desk closed early and wasnt open at 730am when we needed to check out.

Beautiful location for scenery and grounds...HOWEVER this resort is approx 17KM(9 miles) from restaurants, shops, etc.,as the resort restaurant is closed Tuesdays & Wednesdays with no other options and no walkable alternatives. NO AIR CONDITIONING in rooms just a very weak table fan.

The place is beautiful and quiet. Recommend using the wheelbarrow they have to get to your tent. It's quite the hike. And make sure to bring food just in case the kitchen closes down so nice there aren't many options in the area. Quiet areas to walk around and enjoy the scenery.

Room is dated and wasn't very clean. Uncomfortable furniture and beds. No hangers or dresser to put clothes away. Restaurant closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Food is mediocre.
