Terrible indeed

Totally dissatisfied with their lies and inconvenience I experienced. (1) 24-hour frontdesk was a lie. No one were there when I wanted to ask things during daytime, and even the check-out day at 8:30AM. (2) Daily housekeeping is also a lie. I had two towels for three nights, never got a new one. (3) At check-in, I was taken to another building that seemed to be under construction. It made my black shoes painted white, which was not able to removed easily. (4) In the next room some children (it seemed to be too many for a room
 they might not be guests perhaps?) were always screaming, running, and sometimes kicking the wall. TV volume was too much as well. They’re not speaking English (nor Germany probably), and since no one at the frontdesk, I could not make it resolved in any way. Even if some of them are the temporary issue I had unfortunately, I thought the owner was not trustworthy enough to recommend this hotel to anyone else, and of course I will never stay again.

Renovering pÄgÄr

Ganska ruffigt, och incheckningen gjordes pÄ grannhotellet som rivit ut hela entréplanet. Men efter att ha tagit sig förbi byggarbetsplatsen sÄ var rummet helt ok.

Désagréable surprise à l'arrivée !

AprĂšs rĂ©servation sur votre site, j'ai rappelĂ© directement l'hĂŽtel la veille de mon dĂ©part pour m'assurer de l'enregistrement de ma rĂ©servation et pour les prĂ©venir par la mĂȘme occasion que je ne pourrais probablement pas arriver avant 22 H environ puisque mon avion pour Hamburg n'aterrissait qu'Ă  20 H 30. Le rĂ©ceptionniste m'a bien assurĂ© que ma rĂ©servation avait Ă©tĂ© effectivement prise en compte et qu'il a bien notĂ© mon heure d'arrivĂ©e probable. HĂ©las Ă  mon arrivĂ©e Ă  l'hĂŽtel, j'ai bien Ă©tĂ© reconnu par mon nom, mais avec la trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able surprise d'apprendre que ma chambre avait Ă©tĂ© louĂ©e entre-temps Ă  une autre personne. Manifestement d'ailleurs mon heure d'arrivĂ©e n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© transmise par le rĂ©ceptionniste le matin de la veille ! La rĂ©ceptionniste de garde lors de mon arrivĂ©e s'en disait absolument dĂ©solĂ©e, et a fini par me trouver en catastrophe une autre trĂšs petite chambre, mansardĂ©e celle-lĂ , et dans un Ă©tat plus que limite au niveau confort et propretĂ©. Et mĂȘme si le prix de la rĂ©servation a Ă©tĂ© adaptĂ© en consĂ©quence, l'expĂ©rience vĂ©cue m'a dissuadĂ© de faire Ă  nouveau appel Ă  vos services Ă  l'avenir. DĂ©solĂ© !
