We had a wonderful visit, the hotel is great and location was perfect. My only complaint is the height of the toilets in the rooms. For anyone with knee problems it’s extremely difficult to use as they are.

Property was fine. Reservation was a mess. Expedia cancelled my reservation at the hotel. I had dinner delivered for when I arrived at the hotel and it went cold because I waited for over an hour for Expedia to figure it out. Finally the hotel lady gave me a room. My dinner was cold. My son was hungry and tired and was extremely inconvenienced. I’m still waiting for a return phone call from Expedia and as of now 7:40 Pm Sunday evening haven’t received one.

I’d like to start with a positive that the staff was beyond wonderful about the situation, and I know it isn’t their fault that things aren’t updated on Expedia. The photos are not how the hotel looks now. I booked a room that previously had a jet tub - that is the only reason I chose this hotel. showed up for check in to find out those rooms don’t exist any more. When I contacted someone higher up I was told “it’s better to book through the hotel directly so the hotel staff are able to make changes easier” but that was not the point. there was no change to be made because what I wanted, what was advertised here, was no longer available.

It was a nice, clean, quiet. I enjoyed the outdoor landscaping area and easy in and out of property location. Dinning options were close by. The price per night was very well worth it. Nice quality room and service.

Good hotel, room was clean and beds were comfortable. Service was a little underwhelming, even though the person at reception confirmed we have breakfast included, the next morning we were told otherwise and had to rectify the situation. Overall, not a bad choice for a short stay.

Our stay at the Hotel Marriott Courtyard was great! We had a very clean and comfortable room. We appreciated having a comfortable sofa to sit and a super clean bathroom! The only somewhat shortfall was the Parking was a bit of an issue due to part of their parking was closed for upgrades and the hotel was fully booked so finding a place to park was a challenge. I am sure that this is a one-off. Excellent hotel you will enjoy!
