The room had some newer furniture, but there were paint splashes on the shade & floor. The fridge had multiple dents. It just didn’t look well kept. Someone dropped a soda in the elevator & the spill was still there the next morning, minus the wet floor sign & cup from the previous night. The hotel advertised “breakfast” being included with the stay, but it was actually just bread. Waffles, & off brand fruit loops. So we ended up checking out a day early & found a nice restaurant down the street for breakfast on our way home.

The people who claim this place is quiet are lying. This hotel is everything but quiet. I even asked to change rooms and they still put me on the first floor surrounded by noise. The rooms aren’t that clean and the pictures are misleading. They make it seem like the place is newly renovated. It’s not. Thus was not a good experience.

The room was perfectly fine. However, this was just a little getaway from the house and kids for a bit. Upon entering, room was clean and no issues. However, the reason we chose that specific room was for the jacuzzi tub. However it did not work. Pressed down the button, and it got stuck. Got it unstuck, and nothing. It was nice to have time away, but when I went for the specific feature, I would like for it to function accordingly. I just wanted to relax and enjoy time with my husband. And unfortunately the one feature did not work.

The staff didn’t seem courteous. They were courteous excellent service on my day that I spent the night at the Days Inn in Hammond I was scheduled to stay the 29 I came in on the 28ththe 29th. I had a very good time.
