Room was clean and fresh. Room temperature was controllable. Bathroom is good sized, plenty of room. Only complaint would be the bathroom sink, the faucet is placed so poorly that you can barely put your hands under the running water. Breakfastwas hot and fresh, ready at 6am.

This was a nice, clean hotel with a good breakfast. The staff was friendly, easy access to the turnpike and close to restaurants. However, the walls were very thin and we could hear the people in the room next to us who were very loud. There was a lot of door slamming and hallway noise as well. In addition, the beds were not very comfortable and the blankets were not very plush like other hotels we have stayed in. Overall, this was a good hotel and we would stay again.

Perfect hotel on the drive through Ohio and PA. Staff were very friendly and considerate. On checkin my wife saw a small teddy bear on the desk that was identical to a bear her (late) mom gave her when she was a child. When she inquired about whose it was they said they’d find out when we checked out in the am. Upon checkout they still had not found out - so we left and before she could get through the door they graciously offered it to my wife for free, and really made her holiday. Thank You Hampton Inn staff <3

Staff seemed courteous. The bathroom door does not have any latch and have gaps on both sides when closing the sliding door. Having kids and using the bathroom with non-latching door is not a great experience. The shower plate and changing shower modes was not good.
