Everything worked and the staff had been awesome. Parking is a little tight. Paying extra for the suite with jacuzzi tub.

The breakfast was not much to be desired. Gravy had a weird taste. Eggs watered down. Sausage seemed undercooked no fresh bagels or waffle maker yogurt was out of a machine never seen that before. Pool seemed clean inside strong smell but area around pool the tile was dirty. Decent place ,location amazing , but kinda out dated.

This was my third stay at this hotel, as an overnight traveling through the area stopover. I like the downtown area (easy to walk to many restaurants, etc.). The indoor pool and large hot tub are really great. There are some parts of the rooms that could use more care or updating. And I was shocked at the surprise inside the toilet bowl upon my arrival!

The room was clean. The bathroom was fine. The shower head was somewhat rusty and didn't operate all that efficiently. Throw-away shampoo and soap is a bit out-of-date compared to other hotel chains. The room temperature was very good. The breakfast offering was not great. The coffee was in much need of improvement.
