Very nice room, away from traffic noise. Friendly staff. The only negative was a group of people in an open lounge area adjacent to the main entrance. There was music and drinking; made it a bit uncomfortable but there were no problems inside the building, though I heard the drinking moved outside and people were using a guests car for a drink stand. We were on the back side of the building and also parked out back, so we were not affected.

Great weekend stay

This was for a one night road trip, and the hotel was amazing. Checkin was fast and efficient, the clerk who checked us in was amazing. The room was just as described, and it was clean, spacious, with two queen beds. Breakfast was delicious, and healthy. Check out was quick.

The room did not appear clean. Many of the items in the room were damaged and stained. There was graffiti under the coffee table and what appeared to be dried vomit on a lampshade. Toothpaste and ashes were smeared on the curtains. The windows were unlocked when we arrived and the room could have been accessed from the roof. The tub jets didn't work. The alarm clock was broken. The pillows were no larger than a throw pillow or extremely flat. The elevator seemed on its last leg as it buzzed incessantly even while stepping on quickly and slammed down the ground floor. The bar area is located near the lobby and several rooms and was filled with people being very loud until very late. The hallways and exterior of the hotel reeked of marijuana even though they boast a $250 cleaning fee for smoking. If you want to party in Hannibal, this is your hotel, if you're traveling with a family- stay elsewhere.

do not stay here if you are all allergic to dogs

The hotel seemed a little run down, floor felt uneven beneath the carpets and tables had chipped paint all around them in the dining area. The pool was nice. The thing that bothered us the most is that when we walked into our room, it immediately smelled like a big dog had just been in there. The smell kept me awake all night. I also have an allergy to dogs so it’s really hard when a hotel allows pets and does not shampoo the carpets in between guests. It definitely smelled like a dog. It may have had an accident in there.
