The hotel is near the highway but away enough to be very quiet. The staff were very friendly. We travel with our pup, who was welcomed and there is a small pet fee (can be very high at some hotels).

On arrival at the Comfort Inn parking right in front of the hotel was available. Lobby was clean and tidy, gentleman behind the desk was friendly - girl was not. She looked up, we said hello and then proceeded to carry on looking at her phone. The gentleman checked us in and lwt us know about the amenities and where our room was. Room was clean, tidy and had a fridge, microwave and great tea and coffee facilities. A good stay overall.

Staff wasn't very friendly. Took long time to check in, Choice system wasn't working appropriately. Was charged twice for room. Called to discuss credit card issue but clerk claimed she had no stays under my name. I ask for manager but was switched to voicemail that gave no opportunity to leave message. Poor customer service. Property was clean & comfortable.

We were happy with the room, but the bathroom was not up to what I would expect from a Comfort Inn. There was rust and mold in and around the shower which they tried to cover up with chalk, but both bled though. Also, the seal around the shower door was hanging off. I did report my concerns when we checked out and the very nice gal at the front desk said she would report it to a manager. Hope they will take care of it.
