They didn’t have front desk staff, and then when they did show up, they didn’t know how to do anything they needed. When we finally got to our room, it hadn’t been clean, the sheets were stained and gross, the bathmat had been used and the toilet had clearly been used and not cleaned. There were people arguing all night and we could hear them through the paper thin walls, breakfast was an hour later than they had said and no one was there to check us out. I ended up waiting for a while then just leaving the keys on the desk and heading out. It was one of the worst stays I’ve had ever. Our teammates also had similar experiences, finding vomit on their bed!!!!

There was no breakfast one day. When I spoke to the manager, he told me I could go to another hotel if I wanted. An employee tried to open the door repeatedly with his key without warning or requesting service. I was inside and had to go to reception myself because he sent me to verify that he needed to come in and take the microwave to another room, but I didn't agree. The staff's attitude was poor. The key stopped working twice. They never came to clean or change the towels. The pool was closed, and there had been a sign since November. I won't be going back.

The sheets needed to be more up to date. Thier were not enough towels in the room. The pool was not open and the heat was not working. My family and I was very upset. I will never go thier again. They didn't even have a garbage can in the room.

The hotel room was absolutely disgusting. The bedspreads had visible burn marks, and there were bugs underneath the sheets. On the floor, women’s fake fingernails were scattered throughout the room. The bathroom was in terrible condition, with stains all over the tub and peeling paint everywhere. The refrigerator even had dead bugs inside it, and the rug was pulled up from the floor. The room smelled strongly of weed mixed with some kind of cleaning solution that clearly wasn’t effective. I tried two different rooms, and both were unacceptable. I stayed no longer than 20 minutes before deciding to leave. Despite the conditions, the hotel refused to issue a refund. Expedia contacted the manager on our behalf, and they still refused. Expedia eventually provided a $25 credit, which was far less than what I paid. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

Cold rooms and heater/cooler barely worked, no breakfast that week, staff was hard to find and difficult to deal with from check-in throughout the stay and only one staff member spoke English, gym was hard to get into especially because staff was hard to find, cable TV did not work except for Lifetime Movie Chanel. Only things good were 1) internet was good, 2) even though everything was kind of old room was fairly clean.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. We booked this hotel for five nights and could not tolerate staying longer than one night. The conditions were unacceptable and the place felt unsafe and dangerous. From the moment we arrived, the staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Any concerns we raised were met with attitude instead of solutions. The smell of weed is everywhere—hallways, common areas, and even inside the room. It was constant and overwhelming, making it impossible to relax or feel comfortable, especially as a family. Cleanliness is far below any reasonable standard. The overall environment feels neglected and poorly managed. Lighting is inadequate, amenities are extremely limited, and nothing about this property gives a sense of safety or care for guests. We left after one night because we genuinely did not feel secure staying there. This hotel should not be marketed as suitable for families or extended stays. Save yourself the stress and book literally anywhere else.

The inconsistency of each room; I stayed in 4 different rooms (1) room tv was broken (2-3) either had no towels or there's one (then if you go down to ask for more you're waiting like 20mins for someone to come to the desk and the (4) no trash cans or chair. The free continental breakfast inconsistent as well, one day there's eggs bacon sausage, next booking just eggs or just muffins, todays booking breakfast is to be determined........ The inconsistency of cleanliness is a lack there of but there is on certain floors a difference. If booking a room ask for the 2nd floor because it smells better when getting off the elevator. Be prepared to pay a $100 fee for "smoking" because they assume you smoked in the room if you're melanin skin. Whole time I'm here with my children and I don't smoke.....tried to charge me more than 100 talking about there isn't enough on the card yea of course not if you trying to be sneaky and charge more, I only put 100 on my card....she tried it lol. On the plus side the beds are softs
